Let say, a crew is scheduled for her flight at 0600 hrs in the morning. This can be her activities prior to the aircraft departure...
02.30 - She wakes up to get ready for her flight. She has had her early nap, just to be sure that she will not feeling too tired for her long 12hours journey. Refresh herself with shower, makeup, packaging and dress-up for the pickup bus scheduled at 03.30 in the early hour of the morning. She always consider herself to be like an actor, every time she put on the uniform, she had been trained to set her mindset right. She is playing the role of cabin crew.
03.30 - Departed for the airport. She may get some time to steal a short nap, not recommended though as it can upset her look.
04.30 - Arrived at the crew room. She had some time to review her packages. The communication from the company comes through the email. Time to have a short briefing about the flight.
0500 - She boards the aircraft and prepare for departure. The foods and refreshment have to be ready, the emergency demonstration equipment like the seat belt and the oxygen mask are in place. The cabin must be clean, set and presentable for the passengers.
