Firefly is a subsidiary of MAS - the failed national carrier of Malaysia. The destinations include the tourist attraction of Phuket,  Penang, Langkawi and Koh Samui.

The airline is looking for female cabin crew.

The walk in interview is as follows:

Venue: Flyfirefly Sdn Bhd.  3rd Floor, Citta Mall, No 1, Jalan PJU 1A/48, PJU 1A,
     Ara Damansara 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Time: 8:30am - 1:00pm (registration).

REQUIREMENTS

A. Minimum qualification:
SPM (3 passes including Bahasa Malaysia and credit in English) or its equivalent with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

B. Who can Apply: Female, Malaysian citizen aged between 18-35 years old of interview date. Please bring original and photocopy of Mykad, SPM or higher academic qualification certificates, resume, recent passport and full length size photograph.

C. Dress code for interview:
Well-groomed in business attire (Knee-length skirt)

Firefly is a commuter airline belonging to MAS. It operates from two hubs, Subang Airport (SZB) and Penang.

A few months ago the airline was adding B737 jet, a change from the traditional turbo prop.

With the expansion, more jobs are being created.

Requirements

1. The opening is for malaysian aged between 20 to 35 years with minimum height of 164 cm for male and 157cm for ladies.

2. Able to communicate fluently in both BM and English.

3. Minimum qualification is SPMwith credit in English as well as BM.

4. Willing to be based in Kuala Lumpur.

5. Pleasant personality, customer focused and hospitable.

What you need to bring.

1. Yourself in business attire and well groomed. For ladies, your skirt need not be too short to distract the interviewers.

2. Your recent photo, passport size as well as full-length, we cannot guarantee that we can return the photos.

3. Original + copy of certificate and resume.

Notes:

Firefly is owned by MAS, it is community airline operation from Subang Airport, now named as Skyport. It is planning to expand it operation by acquiring 2 B737 and operating from KLIA international.

Firefly can offer the main advantage of connectivity. That mean a passenger from London and make the check in to the final destination using e.g MAS + Firefly flight as a seamless travel. This concept of hub and spoke operation has its own advantages.

AirAsia is operating with point-to-point model. It does not offer connectivity. The transfer from international to domestic can be time consuming, you need to check out and check in again.
