crew look

Airlines are very particular about the crew look. The individuals cabin crew must be at the best of his or her appearance in flight. There must always appear neat and tidy board of the aircraft, their uniforms spotless and the hair as per the required trim. This is because, the cabin crews are the only group of staff that are in direct contact with the passengers for a long time, for the whole flight duration plus 1 hour. It does not matter what the airlines' public relation departments say about this. In fact cabin crews have always been the faces of the airlines and can be the main advertising point.

The airlines show the important of the crew look from the very start. During the recruitment and the selection processes, the appearance is one one the important criteria. In fact some of the advertisement clearly states that visible tattoos, body piecing and obvious defects are not welcomed. Even the hair styles are controlled, some airlines want the crew to have short hairs, have you have a naturally long hair, it need to be dressed. Hair dyeing is not permitted.

Different airlines practice different standards. The crew look can make the different for the airlines customers preference. The inflight experience can determine whether the customers will return back to fly your airline.
