Air Hostess Training Video

I include a video taken from Northwest Airlines Flight Attendant training. I cannot help to notice the same wordings are used by airlines throughout the world, even the tone is almost the same, the timing is similar.

In some airlines the training for cabin crews are done by two groups of people. One group is concerned about the services while the other is on the safety aspect of the job.

In my previous airline, the service elements were conducted by cabin crew department and the safety by the safety training. The safety training is similar for both the pilots and the cabin crew, and has to be tested annually. Failing the safety training after 2 attempts will get you grounded.
