We may come across the advertisement about "5 Star Airline". Have we ever wonder what actual it is?.
What will make an airline a 5-STAR AIRLINE ? The organisation that do the ranking, skytrax, is making continuous reviews on different aspects of the airlines' services. When one views the ranking for the airlines, no single airline achieves the highest tier levels for "every" section of front-line product and service standards.
Airlines take pride in this award. It is the official recognition of the quality in customer services. I like to share this official recognition.
